With direct access to host of tanneries within multiple continents, CTL has the ability to produce virtually any quality of leather desired be it to meet a particular aesthetic, budget or both.
Our custom capabilities range from simple custom colors to complex leather articles that require multiple processes, embossment, print transfer, and laser cutting and tipping. Some of our custom capabilities include:
- Color: this includes matching color from one leather line to produce in another, as well as matching supplied samples of leather, fabric or just about any other item.
- Embossment: certain leathers are more appropriate for embossment than others, but virtually any leather can be embossed in a variety of existing patterns including geometrics, florals, themed and reptilian. We also offer hundreds of perforated and semi-perforated patterns as well.
- Quality & Selection: at CTL not only do we provide the capability to produce custom leathers to meet conceptual, aesthetic or budgetary requirements; we also provide custom quality as it relates to customer’s specific requirements for material quality, packaging and delivery.
- Sheen & Tipping: are both cosmetic features that can be produced or adjusted to match exact specifications or as adjustments to existing leathers.
Although there are usual one hide minimums for many qualities, some leather types may require minimum quantities.
