2025 Holiday Season/Year-End Deadlines & Operating Procedures

 

HERE’S WHAT TO KNOW FOR ORDERS AND WHEN WE’RE AWAY FROM THE OFFICE

Please take note that CTL Leather will be shut down for our annual Christmas holiday starting December 22, 2025, and concluding on January 5, 2026.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and appreciate all your business. We remain hopeful for the New Year and what lies ahead. We wish you and your families a wonderful holiday season.

In preparation for our shutdown, please see the below deadlines for all orders:

  • For all CTL stocked Hide Orders, our last SHIP DAY will be December 18, 2025. Within Friday we will be counting inventory in preparation for our return and no orders will be pulled. Please contact our Orders Desk, for more information at info@ctlleather.com.
  • For all Direct Orders, all tanneries will be shut down 3 weeks within the month of December. Any new orders received will be produced and/or shipped within the month of January. Please contact Cristina Gabbrielli for more information, or email orders to the Purchasing Desk at purchasing@ctlleather.com.
  • For Cut & Sew Orders, please submit your orders no later than December 1, depending on the quantities required, may be pushed in January. If orders are not received by this date, your order will be pushed into the weeks we return. Please contact Cristina Gabbrielli for more information or email your orders to the Purchasing Desk at purchasing@ctlleather.com.
  • For CFA & Reserves, please submit your orders no later than the week of December 15, 2025. If orders are not received by this date, your CFA might not get you in time for the approval process and, consequently, we will not be able to release your leather in time. Your order could be pushed into the weeks that we return from holidays. Please contact Cristina Gabbrielli, or send your orders to your CSR.
