A gorgeous nubuck leather, Dartmoor was inspired by one of the last great wildernesses in England with an inspirational landscape of heather clad moors and rugged tors, offering a robust color palette applicable for any industry.
Leather hides are lightly buffed during the tanning process to create the nubuck look and feel that is so appealing, while still maintaining the natural grain that will vary slightly within each hide. When upholstered, the leather’s luxurious nap displays sophistication and grace.
From an environmental perspective, in conforming with REACH directives, hides are tanned using highly advanced protection agents made from fats and oils found naturally within the cowhides to create a surface with water repellency properties, and protectant from liquids and staining.
